- Do you offer returns on retail items?
Absolutely! But we will accept returns only if a mistake was made on our side, defective product, wrong size, etc. No refunds are available on sale items and free promotional products, but we do offer free replacement or exchange in case the item is lost, broken or damaged.
All items must be returned within 90 days and must be unused and unworn. They also cannot be tampered with or damaged by a cat, dog, turtle, goat, dragon, or any other mystical creature or odor.

6. What does it mean: order status "Unfulfilled"?
Your order is being processed and the order's tracking number is pending. We usually fulfill the orders and send our customers the tracking number when the order's tracking number is submitted to the Postal System, which takes 3-5 days after the order is already shipped.
7. What does it mean: order status "Fulfilled"?
That means your order is being shipped.
8. It's been over the estimated delivery times, where is my order?

9. How do I track my order?

10. My tracking code says “pending” or “no information available at the moment”.
Sometimes the first tracking results appear 5-10 business days after you receive the order's tracking number. If the problem remains for more than 10 business days, please contact us.
11. My tracking code says “expired”
Please contact us and we will quickly solve this issue.
12. How do I stay updated about my order tracking?
We use After Ship Tracking System to track our customers orders, so whenever the tracking information is updated, you should receive an email.
13. I ordered something, but I want to cancel
You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to arrange an order change. You can do this by reaching us via live chat support or by emailing email@example.com with your order number as the subject.
14. I ordered something, but want to change the item color or size.
You must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to arrange an order change. Why only two hours? Because after you make an order, the order slip is printed down in packing and often shipped immediately! 15. I ordered something, but want to change the delivery address.

16. My order arrived, but the items were faulty, wrong items or wrong size
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of the faults. If we determine the item is faulty, depending on the situation, we can ship out the correct items at our cost (or issue a refund).
17. My order arrived, but I want to return it.
Please contact us at email@example.com within 90 days of receiving the product and provide us with your order number. We can send you a replacement or you can send us your item back and we will issue a refund (minus postage costs).
