Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

No refunds are available on sale items and free promotional products. But we offer free 90 days replacement or exchange in case the item is broken or flawed.

Any changes or cancel requests will be denied after 24 hrs on custom made and printed on demand items because order is in production. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund of the purchased price, by mail within 90 days of receiving your merchandise at your expense. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in refund in the amount of $9.97. We will gladly accept/exchange unworn returns in the case where the customers needs a smaller or larger size.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 90 days. In order to receive a replacement product, the customer needs to simply provide us a picture of the product (defect) in question, order number, reason for return, your name address and details of the product (quantity, SKU) and email it to You may also choose to send back your defective or damaged product. We will then advise you regarding the return process.

Once we verify the defect, we will sent you a free replacement product right out!

Return/Exchange Process:

1. Request for a return by contacting us at or by submitting an online ticket with picture of the product (defect), order number, reason for return, your name address and details of the product (quantity, SKU). You may also submit a request through our live chat.

2. After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. We will send you a return label via email for the item(s). You may also use your own shipping method that includes tracking.

3. Ship package(s) through your local USPS to the address given by customer support.

4. Refunds: We will send you a refund memo and a refund will be issued to you within 7-10 days of us receiving your return.

Exchanges: Your exchanged item will be shipped out to you 7-10 days of us receiving your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
