Unless otherwise mentioned all apparel decoration is done in the United States on blanks from the above countries.

Do you offer returns on retail items?

But we will accept returns only if a mistake was made on our side, defective product, wrong size, etc. No refunds are available on sale items and free promotional products, but we do offer free replacement or exchange in case the item is lost, broken or damaged. All items must be returned within 90 days and must be unused and unworn. They also cannot be tampered with or damaged.
